My story

I help agents build careers worth keeping — through courses, coaching, and systems that actually work.

Over the years I've sold more than 4,000 homes and closed over $2B in real estate. Along the way I built PorchLight Realty into one of San Diego's top teams, and learned that the agents who last aren't the ones with the most leads — they're the ones with the right systems, the right habits, and people in their corner holding them to it.

I'm also a team leader, an entrepreneur behind several businesses, and a proud LGBTQ+ advocate. I believe real estate should be a career you can build a real life around — not a grind that burns you out.
