For three days this November, I'm bringing a small, hand-picked group of agents and team leaders to one of the most outrageous estates in the California desert — to do real work and build real relationships.
Mornings are for the systems that actually move a business: lead generation, listings, hiring, team building, and the operations behind 4,000+ closings. Afternoons are for implementation, masterminding, and the kind of conversations that only happen when the right people are in the same place.
We're staying at a 9-bedroom desert estate built for exactly this — home to the desert's largest lazy river, twin waterslides, a resort-style pool, pickleball and basketball courts, a private theater, and a full arcade. Work hard, then actually enjoy the people you're building with.
